Returns Are Limited and Reviewed Case-by-Case
At Zavagli Auto LLC, we stand behind the parts we source — but returns are limited and offered only under specific conditions:

Parts may be considered for return only if:

The part does not meet OEM specifications, or

The part does not resolve the diagnosed issue

Returns are available at the sole discretion of the owner

Return requests can be denied for any reason

Labor charges are non-refundable once the part has been installed

Custom, electrical, or special-order parts are non-returnable
📬 Return Request Process
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of service, along with:
• A copy of your original invoice
• A brief explanation of the issue
• Photos or documentation if applicable
We carefully choose every part we install to ensure safety, compatibility, and reliability. If you have any concerns, we’re happy to review them — but all decisions on returns are final and made with the integrity of your vehicle and our business in mind.
