Returns Are Limited and Reviewed Case-by-Case

At Zavagli Auto LLC, we stand behind the parts we source — but returns are limited and offered only under specific conditions:

⚠️ Return Eligibility

Parts may be considered for return only if:

  • The part does not meet OEM specifications, or

  • The part does not resolve the diagnosed issue

🧾 Important Notes:

  • Returns are available at the sole discretion of the owner

  • Return requests can be denied for any reason

  • Labor charges are non-refundable once the part has been installed

  • Custom, electrical, or special-order parts are non-returnable

📬 Return Request Process

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of service, along with:
• A copy of your original invoice
• A brief explanation of the issue
• Photos or documentation if applicable

We carefully choose every part we install to ensure safety, compatibility, and reliability. If you have any concerns, we’re happy to review them — but all decisions on returns are final and made with the integrity of your vehicle and our business in mind.
