At Zavagli Auto LLC, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the repairs we perform. Our warranty is designed to provide our customers with confidence in the work we complete while clearly defining what is and is not covered.

🔧 1-Year Workmanship Warranty

Labor performed by Zavagli Auto LLC is covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty, beginning on the date the repair is completed.

This warranty covers defects in our workmanship related to the repair we performed.

If a covered workmanship issue occurs during the warranty period, Zavagli Auto LLC will inspect the vehicle and, when the issue is determined to be related to our workmanship, correct the covered workmanship issue at no additional labor charge.

Important:

The workmanship warranty applies to the specific repair and work performed by Zavagli Auto LLC. It does not cover unrelated failures, normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, modifications, or failures of components unrelated to our workmanship.

🔩 Parts Warranty

Parts Purchased Through Zavagli Auto LLC

When parts are purchased and supplied by Zavagli Auto LLC, the part is covered according to the manufacturer's warranty, when applicable.

Manufacturer warranties vary by:

  • Manufacturer

  • Part type

  • Application

  • Warranty period

  • Warranty requirements

Parts warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Warranty eligibility for supplied parts applies only to parts purchased directly through Zavagli Auto LLC.

Customer-Supplied Parts

Zavagli Auto LLC does not install customer-supplied parts.

This policy allows us to verify the source, application, quality, and warranty coverage of the parts used in our repairs.

🔧 Warranty Repairs

If you believe a repair performed by Zavagli Auto LLC has developed a warranty-related issue, contact us as soon as possible.

We may need to inspect and diagnose the vehicle before determining whether the concern is covered under warranty.

If the issue is determined to be a covered workmanship defect, we will address the covered repair in accordance with this warranty policy.

If the issue is determined to be unrelated to our workmanship or the supplied part, additional diagnostic or repair charges may apply.

⚠️ What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Maintenance services

  • Failures unrelated to our repair

  • Pre-existing conditions

  • Damage caused by accidents or collisions

  • Abuse, misuse, or neglect

  • Overloading or improper vehicle use

  • Modifications made after the repair

  • Failures caused by other repairs or third-party work

  • Customer-supplied parts

  • Components not replaced or repaired by Zavagli Auto LLC

  • Damage caused by continued operation after a warning sign or failure occurs

  • Additional damage resulting from failure to stop operating the vehicle when appropriate

  • Consequential or unrelated repairs resulting from a separate component failure

A warranty does not guarantee that a vehicle will not experience another mechanical or electrical failure during the warranty period.

🔍 Warranty Diagnosis

A warranty claim may require an inspection or diagnostic evaluation to determine the cause of the concern.

Not every problem occurring after a repair is necessarily related to the original repair.

For example, if a vehicle receives a repair to one component and another unrelated component later fails, that subsequent failure would not automatically qualify as a warranty repair.

We will evaluate the concern and determine whether it is related to the original work performed.

🧾 Your Warranty Information

After your repair is completed, your records will include:

  • Your invoice

  • Warranty coverage information

  • Applicable parts warranty information

  • Digital warranty documentation when applicable

We recommend keeping your invoice and warranty documentation for your records.

If you believe there may be an issue with a repair we performed, contact Zavagli Auto LLC before having another shop perform repairs related to the concern whenever reasonably possible.

This gives us the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and determine whether the concern is covered under our warranty.
