With over 4 years of professional experience working for Empire Cat, Lexus, and various independent shops, I (Jaden) have turned wrenches in fast-paced dealerships and trusted local garages alike. Through every experience, I saw a gap in the industry—people were tired of long waits, inflated prices, and impersonal service.

That’s when Katie and I decided it was time to bring something different to the table:
